Both these tyres, as well as the previous model UltraGrip 6 were tested repeatedly in the mountain winter conditions in cars with rear-wheel drive, which is theoretically the worst performing in the winter. I passed the exam by the tyre for me on an A. This year a lot of people in the Czech Republic assumed the chains, and I could keep going hard only on those tyres. I recommend strongly.
