I think that Firestone Winterhawk 3 is good value for money. Also confirmed that in the workshop, where I got them fitted - an i enjoy a good opinion of experts. No noise, on a wet road I had no slipping any more than dry. Recently in the snow - moving off easily even driving uphill, - great traction even on heavy snow :)
