I decided to buy Firestone Winterhawk 2 EVO because I couldn't find Nokian W+ anywhere. I have to say that Firestone Winterhawk 2 EVO are very silent (low rolling resistance), driving on dry road surface without problems as well, behave very stably. Now some disadvantages of Firestone Winterhawk 2 EVO: a bit of ice on the road they lose grip immediately when braking and moving off. In general I can recommend Firestone Winterhawk 2 EVO as a tyre which is much better than Debica Frigo that I had before.

Firestone Winterhawk 2 EVO is very aquaplaning and side-slip resistant. Good handling in the snow-mud because of the parrallel grooves. The grip properties got worsen on snow when moving-off, braking. When driving my car I feel that the tyres behave stably and it handles the driving track. In general I have to say that Firestone Winterhawk 1 EVO were much better than Firestone Winterhawk 2 EVO and they can compete even with the Ultra Grips or Alpins. My car was sticked to the road like glued and there was no snow from which I could not dig out on Winterhawk 1. Firestone Winterhawk 2 EVO seem to be a bit worse than the previous ones. They manage to correct few drwaback from the model below but they forgot about snow-drive properties.
