Pros: cheap tyre very quiet (low rolling resistance), running in dry conditions so far without reservation. Cons: the slightly icy asphalt quickly lose grip when braking, but also when starting all the time so it may be pulling. Overall, I recommend

Firestone Winterhawk 2 EVO are very good till 75MPH. When you want to drive more than that you have to watch out because the car starts to be over-steered. Just a small move with the steering wheel when driving more than 80MPH is inadvisable. Firestone Winterhawk 2 EVO provides very good braking properties. I recommend Winterhawk 2 EVO to all those who like calm driving. For people who like fast driving and andrenaline dose I suggest to buy better tyres.

In a typical winter conditions OK, temp pros and dry conditions poor handling, high rolling resistance (higher fuel consumption). Good on wet pavement and slush. For the first few hundred km distinct noise at 50-60 km / h (Vw golf mk3 1.4)

I made just one season 2010/2011 on Firestone Winterhawk 2 EVO. In general the tyre is ok if taking the price under consideration. However, they have a bit problems with moving-off on snow. When I was driving back from my footbal training with my 3 friends we had a lot of problems to drive up-hill. I had problems with moving-off from traffic lights on Firestone Winterhawk 2 EVO as well. I drive about 10k / year. Besides, Firestone Winterhawk 2 EVO did not disappoint me in any other way. Now I bought myself a new car and I will put Uniroyal MS+66.

There is no point in listing the advantages, they can read each of the manufacturer. Wada as yet one that is revealed when mounting tyres. Are poorly balanced and you need to tap large weights on the rim (about 40 grams per side wheels 14 "). Ones that are purchased this year, made in France.

The first kilometers in about tire as quiet on dry and wet asphalt approx. Problems started when I went out of the city, in the snow and ice tragedy. Problems with moving off on slippery, hard ride through the snow. The apogee was a trip to the mountains. I changed to Vredesteiny, from this moment I can ride up the mountain without fear.

Firestone Winterhawk EVO bought in autumn 2012 and waited with the opinion that przejeździć the season and see it in all conditions. Tire behaved superbly on dry and wet roads, going softly and straight as a rail, but the problem appeared in the snow, slush, on ice not to mention, because no tire on ice does not behave well. The snow and slush there is no safe braking and even possibly moving from the lights is a problem. The second car I Dębica Frigo one axis and the other eight years with Michelin tires quite worn tread and there was no problem. If I chose the second time, I'm sure I would have bought a cheaper Dębica or a stimulant, because this is a winter tire Firestone name only.
