An Incredible tyre used the pre ko's 265 75 16 and got nearly 55000 miles (88500 km) out of the fronts and rears were only 3/4 worn changed to the 285 75 16 AT ko's (latest pattern). BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO Winter grip excellent, snow / ice just wasn't an issue. They do give a firm ride even with 8.5" side walls, due to the tri-side wall build. But in 10 years of use, fast on road and light to heavy off road, never had a puncture/ failure of any kind.

I now have these on two of my cars a vw beetle and vw t4 syncro. I bought mainly for the look of the tyre but am very happy with the tread depth, heavy duty side walls and rim protection. I'm sure when I do go off road they will perform as expected. They are a bit noisy compared with more road biased tyres but that's to be expected.

BFG AT's are possibly the best choice of tyre available for all-round use on a 4x4 - comparatively costly, but cost is outweighed by the fact that they are extremely long-lived and durable, and you are unlikely to be replacing them for several years! Not unduly noisy on-road. Excellent traction off.

I wanted to buy General Grabber AT2 but after reading the reviews of BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO I decided to buy them. Tyres work very good on tarmac and off-road. Obviously in Off-Road conditions it is not an MT tyre, but I recommend BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO to a calm off-road driving. They are ok in winter as well. They are very good even on the ice and deep snow. I learned one thing during winter that If you have lack of brain and you are irresposible driver even the best tyres, ABS, 4x4 won't help. BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO are ok but you have to think anyways. If I would have to buy all-terrain tyres again I would definitely buy BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO
