Barum Polaris 3 - User reviews

I am in favor of Barum, because both summer and winter tyres behave very well and have decent prices. They are sensational for normal driving, and such a pattern Barum Polaris 3 have does better in the mountains than various more expensive tyres. They are definitely suitable for B-sector cars and lower.

I use the second season tires on the Peugeot 807 2.2 B. Snow and mud are really good, both when accelerating and braking. For the summer are a little too soft but also give advice. Their Achilles heel is definitely wet pavement in both summer and winter. When starting off like a sharper break traction at each less gentle braking and turns on the road ABS braking is scary długa.Przy previous Nokian tires WRg2 there were no such problems. They are also a bit louder. Generally recommendable tires (especially for the price). The best out of the city.

Good value for the quality, dry conditions zachwuja out to be quite decent. Worse from braking in the wet.

Right tire in winter conditions, snow and on ice. By cons, on dry pavement, the handling is rather random in sporty driving and wear is quite fast. In conclusion, a very good tire for a good father, I would not recommend for a sportier drive.

Very good on snow, wet able to let go of the faster corners, but they give a lot of signals before :). On a dry stick, but the sidewalls are rather soft and feel swimming, but this is normal with such a high profile. Low rolling resistance, quite quiet as zimówkę.

Barum Polaris 3 makes the car swerve in fast turns (light ones) at speeds above 80 MPH. As for me, it's too soft and flexible. It should be harder. I used Continentals before and such problem was absent.

I thought that, like most, I also I'm delighted this tire. The reality was different. Puts it, that really good roadholding, even when the road looks almost like glass. I forgive tire quite significant and noticeable rolling resistance - So this is a winter tire and this is not acceptable. I forgive her, that is quite loud - I knew that I buy. However, the fact that during one season "managed" I burst two tires - that it already can not forgive. The strength of the tire is really miserable. A moment of inattention, edge of the curb or parking space and lock jack in motion. Big hole, tire disposal. I'm not used to handling of tires with kid gloves. None of the earlier (and often tires were 6 years and older) do not behave in that manner. On the last tire pojeździłem month and a half, and again I was three. More will not decide on these tires. After the first season, I will have to replace them with something else.

I do not recommend. I buried in the snow with which all were moving normally. About reloaded with mud forget. Fight for every cm. The tread pattern like ok but does not work like a soft rubber and is doing much worse than NEXEN WH2. Tires worked in Podhale so the top is not recommended. Maybe the town ok but not for heavier conditions.

Many tyre brands I had the pleasure to test due to the fact that I drive professionally. Unfortunately, when it comes to the handling on the snow I can not boast the Barum Polaris 3. After 2 seasons the Barum Polaris 3 tyres harden to stone and had to throw them away despite the high tread! When Michelin Xice after 6 years, slashed the snow like a knife .. This is my opinion, the choice is yours.

not bad, as the low-cost tyre, but we must remember that the high shelf is not what it measured.
