I think complaining about a new tyre for 150 zł is a misunderstanding. For the price we get excellent tyre corresponding price! For me it was a perfect purchase. They behave a lot better than my "łyszelinów" and just expect it from them. So far I did not fail and recommend cost-effective, aware of what they are buying!
