I decided to buy Barum Bravuris because I had them in my old car 2 years ago. In my opinion very good tyres. There is no point to judge them by their price. The fact that they are chepaer doesn't mean that they are lower quality. They are perfect for common daily use. They are sufficient for driving in the cities. They aren't loud and they are stably while driving 80 MPHs (in that speed you hear air flow rather than tyre sound). They are predictable, and they provide me with good braking. In general I am very satisfied with them. After 10000 miles there is no visible sign of use. I recommend!
