    Opinion from outside the UK

I bought these tyres, and I'm surprised b.mile, tread the old Goodyear UG5 performed Debica is insurmountable. Other brands to hide, I went to almost all the branded and expensive tyres, but this is the best and affordable. The snow has a string which surprises me, is the feeling that bite into the snow chains, and not tyre. Next winter tyres are only Frigo 2 Debica would have produced the same tyre b.dlugo, I hope that competition Goodyear's own company will not change the production line and the tyre will remain in Debica. I recommend everyone who has a lot of Save in every winter in the snow, and like to feel the wheels certainty. Read more Collapse

Above all, cheap tyres, it's definitely better to ride for them in the winter than in the summer or if the universal can be somewhere else to buy. Runs pretty well on them in the snow but when the thaw comes the car slid along the way. During the thaw must be very careful when cornering, better to keep a greater distance from the preceding vehicle. tyres are quite loud at the beginning I did not know what was going on with the bearings I thought hum ;) A friend has tyres on heavier car (1.5 t) and is more happy, can these parameters have a fairly weak relationship to the weak May to surface pressure my toy car weighs just 900kg. Opinion from outside the UK

I drove two seasons .. surprise cheap and quite well, certainly are better tyres but .. is it worth it? Characteristic is a delicate design, I was afraid of August reverberate dociagnely but surprisingly in good condition. The advantage of building a soft cushioning is great - like 3-ka 7ki awnsowala the league. Traction in all conditions good or b good. Construction defect is a light "flows" (not the slip) in the bend to the side but not a problem in winter conditions, when after all are riding slower. Maybe out of curiosity the next pile some more expensive, but certainly never used any brand pile, a misunderstanding .... Read more Collapse

Previously possessed frigo 1 in opelku ASTRA 2 and there was no way I was stuck in the snow. Now pomykam rings and I bought 2 pcs frigo 2 due to the fact that I have 2 multi Conti season due to the fact that the ratio wielosezonówek the back terribly hałasowały Debica had put on the back and say briefly inhibit faster than manual foot. Anyone who thinks that multigrade tyres are good for winter riding is probably not the Debica in the snow. Besides Debica is the best in the mountains and even beat his head on the upper shelves tyres when it comes to holding on wet or dry but the tragedy is not the snow is second to none. I live in the hills to work approximately 30 km or a minimum of 70 miles a day. the worst is to get out to the main road, and here the problem is not a small gap tyres asters with severe motor :-) but even in the spring thaw and the snow slush provide help if my car bumper płuży. the nartkach no problem. chains that I have always used the time in the trunk ... like a spring snow caught me :-) letniakach already on a steep driveway to the house. in several corporate autkach tyres have these in other sizes and is about the most important is to choose the right size is not too large and will be ok Read more Collapse

Car of the week is always driving around the city and every weekend in the Bieszczady. This works well. "Jumping" the curbs not nadwyrężyło tires - is strong and durable. The route is not onerous in terms of noise. Previously, I had Pirelli Snowcontrol and I would say that at a similar level are both tires. Debica superior in terms of traction and braking on snow. It is phenomenal - as if she spikes when starting or anchors accused during braking. In my opinion the best tire, considering the price. Opinion from outside the UK

What can I say, I'm sure they are a good and inexpensive tyres rather addressed to the people of smaller wallet. However, their behavior and conduct is really great and for the price. I have no comparison to other foreign tyres as previously possessed Frigo 1, but I think I can safely recommend them to anyone. Their only flaw and perhaps an advantage to their hardness and lack of principle. In the winter, this is an advantage, however, as soon as it gets warm tyres consume more and more. Best deal on it cleared of snow road trips to the mountains so you do not have to every worry, I'm sure you will not be disappointed! Read more Collapse

You do not need chains. A place where I live is rather difficult to reach. The vehicle is not a high-performance, without any electronic gadgets that the particularly difficult conditions create only more problems. Clincher much better in the dry than the Pirelli SP3000 Energy. On snow and ice cool. Do not give too much noise. Only as they were new felt a slight vibration in the dry, a little grated calmed down. slightly higher fuel consumption than the summer - but it's a good winter tyre and unfortunately you have to pay the grip. Sparwdza in all conditions. I would recommend a little money and they are not wasted money. Read more Collapse

For that price probably the best choice, tyres fine, I'm forced into a bad score for attrition because I have a second season of the tyres and do not know if in the next year decided to set these tyres for the winter - after 20000 km was really little tread as the tyre winter. Another downside for me is 'swimming' on the sides of the car at higher speeds and on curves, but I think in this profile winter tyres you can not expect anything better. After all, would decide again on the purchase of Randy purely because the conditions of winter that is a lot of snow, ice and slush is not better in this price :) Read more Collapse

After reading the reviews on this website I decided to buy Debica Frigo 2 for Golf 4 estate. I drive a lot in winter and I like to have a reserve space under my tyres. I drove in winter using many tyres: Goodyear UG5, UG7+, Fulda kristal, Michellin A2, Conti 780. Each of these tyres has its advantages and disadvantages. I recall best the safety on snow of Goodyear UG5, Conti 780. Therefore, I decided to buy Debica Frigo 2, UG5 tread. The tyre is splendid! Driving on (every) snowy road, mud, deep snow, moving out from small snowdrifts - simply perfect! Debica Frigo 2 bites into snow as if it had snow chains added. :) Read more Collapse

I do not know where these delights? I suspect that with a small experience with other tyres. Previously, I would go to Continentalach Winter. Although it took more than 6 years and tread close to zero'' winter'', were incomparably better. Even years Goodyeary under comparable conditions were better. Frigo 2 is definitely unstable in curves, while changing lanes, on bends. Even in dry conditions very often uślizg (attached to ABS). The wet and the dry state at temperatures close to zero is dangerously slippery. Definitely not recommended! Saving is not really big, and safety is priceless though. Read more Collapse

Both the dry and wet - tragedy! Turning - auto goes straight - the "bottoming" of 0.2 bar a little better. Wet difficult to move, so that the wheels do not zamieliły! The snow a little bit better, but also weak compared to 1 or Frigo Frigo Directional I had before - those were really good, so I bought another Debica, but it is no more. Perhaps it is my feeling, because I ride now a little stronger and heavier car (formerly Matiz and Punto). However, do not buy them anymore. At this price there is no other tyres what to look for. Winter this year it was, everyone knows. 2 days and 4 ice snowflakes on the cross. Randy did not check in difficult conditions but significantly improved grip in cold weather, comes more confident cornering. No longer drag the ruts. Many years have to stay on these tyres ride and I know that in Poland there is no point to another use. well back in the snow. Abrasion do not judge because I have very low mileage. My only criticism is the transverse stability, rear car with a small delay responding to bend. Maybe the car is a matter of importance. Read more Collapse

Owner them rather cleared of snow roads and such conditions excel at best average. is tragic side cornering grip in the wet. I have a car with rear-wheel drive and I have to be very careful when turning on wet as front running outside. Previously, for several years used a directional "ones" such as Ford Escort in, vw passatach combo and now the "ones" are virtually inaccessible use "dwójeczek" at Espace III, which did not resolve the previous version (well, maybe except that herringbone tread in a single room was a little nicer ;)) Excellent traction the snow and slush, no problems with moving my lights out despite the lack of anti-skid systems, very good drainage ... For these tyres have reservations only in the wet. Here, much needs to be improved. However, snow that falls in abundance me it's definitely the second day of their element. There is no problem with starting and traction on the snow where other more expensive tyres on the car are already a lot of problems. Inhibition very effective in the snow. Deep snow drifts and ruts are not a problem. As long as there was no snow this winter, I thought Frigo2 a barely average. The snow is no longer gentlemen "hats off" before the tyre. This year I decided to Dębice financial reasons and I am very pleasantly surprised. So far has used premium tire and say that for normal (winter leg of the gas it!) There is a completely different with the behavior of the tires. Maybe the sides slightly floats, ESP correct, a bit louder - give up the radio (and it seriously, slightly louder than my previous Michelin). Low strength. Used tyres perfectly normal driving style, car in very good condition (great shock, perfectly set the geometry of the wheels), properly restrained car tyres replaced for the winter season with the wheels, not ridden the curbs, etc. Despite the care of a car - tyres very weak, appeared by refraction and bulges that are loud and actuate the car to vibrate. I'm disappointed, I would definitely not recommend it. Properties driving on ice and snow, wet roads good, but poor quality cured me from buying tyres this company, which I have always been faithful. Tires have passed the second winter season. The snow and slush had problems with grip on dry asphalt stick very well even on sharp curves. In the pouring rain on the motorway speed comfortably held within 120km / h at 140 while passing through the gusts, I felt light trucks controlled slip grip even though I had all the time. Over 110-120km / h or when driving on winter patched asphalt become noisy. For two years, much has worn even after scraping the purpose of parking curbs. After the tire in this price range I was not expecting that much. I would recommend. Read more Collapse

Brand tires Debica Frigo 2 already ride a good five years, and I'm very happy. I drove on these tires a total of about 30 thousand. km. My driving estimate as quiet. Tires were doing very well, whether it's spring, summer, autumn or winter. Profile tires also very slightly consumed. I believe that these tires will be used a few more good years. I believe that we Poles do not have to be ashamed of their native products. Value for money certainly falls in favor of our native Debica compared to cheap, very average, mostly Chinese tires. I just realized that I rode on a set of these tires for 4 and a half years of non-stop (winter and summer). The tread is still, even now it is the end of it. When it comes to keeping up in the winter it is really good, I remember the unpleasant surprise of some Pirelli winter, I had to drive 500 km by Poland and genuinely scared and pirelki were new (friend's car). The Frigo no fear, ice or snow is slippery but you know is going to be confident. As a bonus, these tires are performing quite well in the summer - strange but true. Read more Collapse

The tyre designed for driving on snow. Under such conditions, irreplaceable. As for driving on other roads to admit that not noticed any slippage. However, I note that I am not a sporty driver and to the state of our roads do not allow too many. Auto leads to stable no problems with maintaining proper lane. Also noticed no excessive wear, I think that is normal. At this price it will be hard to find something better and perhaps that and more expensive tyres fall off the tracks. Opinion from outside the UK

With the purchase of tyres Debica Frigo 2'm happy. As for me, behave very well on snow and ice. Auto tyrech heavily on these "holds" in the ground. Particularly important is the behavior of the moments of the braking-here I give a big plus. Perhaps the products of other, more well-known brands can be even better, but as for me Debica is OK, and no appeal is also worth mentioning the price tyres :) I can definitely recommend Frigo 2 all those who do not want to overpay :) Read more Collapse

I never Debica, the TDI 90HP are suddenly on the front rubber for 3 seasons, and now it's their last season, the next they're just are not enough tread. If 1 and 2 winter rode on them correctly, was moving normally, normally inhibited, so this winter it's a lottery - go or not go, slow down or not slow down. However, good rubber in the car with a little Nm ;) like you have more to ściarają the express pace. The next season buy something else and certainly will not be Debica. Read more Collapse

driving with these tyres feel insecure. I would not recommend for high speed driving. myszkuje car on the road. when the temperature drops to about -10 is much better and does not feel it. winter tyre just typical. often go to the mountains and there at low speeds behave ok, it makes no sense to buy the more expensive tyres, but driving on the road quickly advised me to buy other tyres such as Firestone WINTERHAWK. Now I have this and the car behaves much better and the price of this same Read more Collapse
