Went to these after the sportsmarts . I wanted a longer lasting touring tyre for touring 2 up . I have been very impressed . Riding fairly hard using the whole tyre and never a moment , felt very happy in the wet and the front was far more stable than the sportsmarts on my smt. Compared to Michelin pr3 they gave lots more grip and longer life , I would say anything g more sporty is really not needed for road use , I always felt I had more left . I installed it in Suzi M90. Previously, I had ME880. This is better. There is some vast difference but better places and a little more comfortable. It also sounds better than 880. What the grip did not notice the difference but do not go in order to examine the slippage of the front tire ... although both had time to block me. Read more Collapse

After the amazing sportsmarts I wanted something a little more suited to touring on the smt . These are more stable than the sports and have all the grip I need for spirited road use . Lasted 4 k on the rear , a best ever for me on the ktm . The front will probably do 6 k and hasn't got twitchy or caused bar wobble etc as its worn . In the previous bike I had the first version of RoadSmart'ów and I was really pleased, so this time I opted for the newer version. I was not disappointed. I did about 4kkm, tire wear estimate at small for such a course.
