This is exactly the same as the manufacturer assumes for the first assembly. The first one withstood me 15,000. km, so this should be the same. The bike is heavy because it's gs1200 with trunks, but the tire is really decent. After being installed, it was noticeably loud for the first few hundred kilometers, but later it calmed down. There is no need to write about lateral attachment, etc., because here is really nothing to attach to. As for the field properties, it behaves as expected, i.e. slides down to the last run, but no one in their right mind will think that heavy gs are suitable for off-road tires (except for bmw advertising films). These tyres on tarmac and on concrete roads inspire confidence the feed back from the tyres to you the rider in all weather is very good indeed I would definitely buy these again they are wearing well & I have done over 2000 miles so far and they still look as good as the day I brought them. In off road terrain they are great on grass hard mud tracks forest mulch heavy mud forget about it or sticky surfaces forget about it all in all a great tyre for my needs so far. Read more Collapse

Great tyre for fast on road riding great cornering abilities. The tyre has a very aggressive look that really works well on green lanes on heavy mud forget about it, knobblies every time for mud. I use the Anakee 3's on my Triumph Tiger for blood bike riding and consequently in all weathers, often at speed, in addition to my own use. The tyres are proving to be able to offer both very high grip levels and the ability to last for high road ride milages. I would rate the Anakee 3 as 10/10 for adventure style road bike tyres. Cover 50 miles off road in Morocco on very rocky terrain. Bike was totally stable and kept up with smaller bikes which had off road tyres fitted. Not so good on soft sand but reducing the tyre pressure would have helped. Very good on the road and in the dry or wet conditions. Read more Collapse

I have used Annekee 3s on my Tiger for the last 6 years, averaging 10,000 miles a year. As a road tyre they are perfect for me, but I'm not impressed when off road other than dirt tracks. Grass and sand are very challenging to the point of avoiding them. Read more Collapse

After covering some 5000 miles on these tyres I can honestly state that no poor issues were experienced. I definitely will be fitting these again and must admit I do use Michelin tyres on my sports bikes which again do not give any adverse. problems. Read more Collapse

The tyre Michelin Anakee 3 is a bit tricky at low temperatures and rain as it sometimes gets slipery on wet lanes in the turns at low temperatures. Of course this is a summer tyre so it's still great in these conditions. If you have got anakee 2 before you're not going to be disappointed. Read more Collapse

Michelin Anakee 3 is a good tyre, when you're mostly riding on asphalt roads. With more sand it sometimes gets buried a bit. General driving experience, however is very good. Gum sticks to the surface like a glue. I would certainly recommend it to others. Read more Collapse
