Contacting the courier - Can a delivery time be arranged?

Normally, the courier delivers your parcel between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. However, we have no influence on the exact time at which the courier will arrive.

It is not possible to contact the courier, but you can get in touch via your local branch, the website or the courier company's hotline. The parcel number and contact details of the courier company are included in the notification sent by e-mail.

A courier who does not find anyone at the address given will usually make a second attempt to deliver the parcel the next working day. If you do not collect your order this time either, you will have a few working days to collect your parcel at the courier company's collection depot.
