Are the offered tyres under warranty?

The tyres available at our website are all new, of full value and are under manufacturer’s warranty.


Will I have to pay additionally for delivery?

Delivery is free only within UK Mainland. Shipment to Northern Ireland and UK islands will incur additional transportation cost of £4.00 per piece. However, we do not ship to: Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man
In addition, we do not provide any fitting service.


What is the delivery time?

The usual delivery time is within 2-5 working days and is applicable to the majority of deliveries. As the maximal delivery time we’ve established 30 days but the great majority of tyres are delivered in the previously mentioned time.


I am afraid of paying on-line. Is it safe? How can I pay?

Yes, the on-line payment is safe if the suitable measures are set up. On our website the secure payment takes place through the SagePay platform and can be done with card or the SagePay transfer. Do the prices include VAT?

Yes, all the prices include all taxes. The invoice will be sent to your email address up to 21 working days from the delivery date.


I don't have an e-mail address. Is it possible to use your e-shop despite this fact?

Unfortunately, we need your e-mail address for the successful execution of the order. If you don’t have your e-mail box you can get it easily on one of the webpages which offer this service. It’s simple and free in most cases.


I would like to order and have tyres delivered to a different address than my own. Could you deliver them for me to a garage?

In order to make the purchase easier for you, we can send the tyres to a garage. However, don’t forget to inform the garage owner about that.


What should I do if I receive different tyres than I ordered?

In this case you are entitled to refuse the delivery when the delivery man shows you the parcel. We'll cover the costs. Please call our customer service in order to fix the new delivery.


Are all the tyres in your offer available?

As a principle we do everything we can to present only tyres which are actually in stock. However, as the stocks are constantly changing, it may be possible for a product to be unavailable for the time being.


How can I make a complaint?

If it’s necessary to use warranty you should inform our customer service which will take care of the complaint procedure submitting the complaint to the manufacturer.


DOT – What is the date of production of the tyres which you offer?

Our company ensures the highest quality of the products that we sell. All the tyres that we offer are new, and their age is not higher than 36 months (according to recommendations of most automobile clubs, among others Allgemeine Deutsche Automobil-Club - ADAC, or Touring Club Schweiz - TCS). Such high Internet shop standards of are completely in accordance with tyre manufacturers’ guidelines which acknowledge not older than 3-year old tyres as brand new ones.

Additional advantage of is proper tyres storage and their huge rotation, which enables us to sell 90% of the tyres with the production date lower than 1 year.

In the case in which in spite of our efforts the tyres bought by our customers are older than 36 months, we give the customers choice. They decide whether we take back the tyre on our own expense or whether we give them proper discount. Its amount is 5% for tyres which the date of production is between 24-36 months and 10% for tyres which are older than 36 months.
