I have used these on a Land Rover Defender 90 Tdi for 7 years. They grip well on tarmac come wet or dry. The sipes also provide good traction in snow. They are a reasonable off-road tyre, only losing out to full off-road tyres in deep mud. Sidewalls seem reasonably resistant to rock damage. All in a good general purpose semi-offroad tyre where the majority of driving is tarmac based.

Give advice even in mega rough terrain. In muddy and bumpy road car exhaust oppression. Interestingly, the asphalt is not worse - for dry traction and braking helps a pleasant drive.

A rigid, well-made rubber. Due to the bad experience (practically toured with 4-5 sets) than I wanted something permanent. I am glad that I chose Goodyear - three very long distances tyre still looks good, and it is all a mess as earlier, bought models.
