Great tyre choice for wet /dry riding a little bit different to Michelin road pilot 2 I had on, these Gt Angels are fantastic but that's not my opinion revzilla.com say good thing's too about the pirelli Angels,cornering takes a little getting used to as these lean into corners really good your almost fighting to keep them up.After the learning curve it becomes second nature.Tread is very deep and the high silica content means wet riding is really confidence inspiring though not too mad as no tyre can keep you safe if the rider has a handfull of throttle.At times tyres are either good in the dry or the wet and the other suffers I have no really had any drawback from either surface. When I bought my sv650s it had Bridgestone battlax fitted. They had lots of tread left but at sub 30 speeds the bike behaved weird so went on line to see what people recommended and the all said pirelli angels. My local bike shop quoted me nearly £300 fitted for the pair. Openeo.co.uk sold them to me for £160. I paid £30 to have them fitted and balanced. I saved over £100 with oponeo. These are the 2nd pair I've had on my Multistrada and vastly superior to the OEM Pirelli Scorpions which were wrecked after 2500 miles. Dry grip is excellent, wet grip is also pretty good, certainly on a par with other premium brands I've used over the years. I got about 6000 miles out of the rear and 7500 out of the front. These tyres (120/70/17 & 190/55/17 K1300s) are by far the best I have ever tried. Fantastic warmup especially in cold weather, grip is astounding in all conditions getting the greatest lean angle I have ever achieved.
