Toyo is an answer to the needs of drivers who expect excellent performance from their tyres and safe driving, regardless of the weather. Although Toyo is the youngest of the major Japanese brands, it quickly gained recognition beyond Japan and has gained the trust of users over the world.

These summer tyres, winter tyres and all-season tyres don’t only offer superior performance, but also safety in all conditions. Irrespective of whether you are commuting to work or going on a long holiday tour with your family, Toyo won't let you down.

This Japanese company's product line includes tyres for passenger cars, lorries and delivery vans, which are valued not only by drivers, but also by specialists at magazines and automotive organisations that perform seasonal tests. If you value safety the most, but at the same time don't want to resign from dynamic driving, regardless of the type of surface and weather, Toyo will meet your expectations.

Interesting facts:

Toyo was founded on the basis of Hirano Rubber Manufacturing, which was established in 1943.

The exact name of the company is Toyo Gomu Kogyo Kabushiki Kaisha. "Gomu Kogyo" means "tyre company", while "Kabushiki Kaisha" means "joint stock company".

In addition to tyres, Toyo factories also produce rubber products for industry, rubber car parts, components for car seats and sports articles.

This brand became very popular among drivers thanks to its Proxes series, made popular in part thanks to the film "The Fast and the Furious".

The Toyo Tire & Rubber Company comprises well over a dozen branches located all over the world, including the USA, China, Canada, Russia, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Italy.

Our customers' opinions on Toyo tyres:

    Toyo Snowprox S954

Very satisfied with the tyres, particularly with the performance on water, they do lose grip in corners when you push them very hard on moist roads. However, they're fantastic at handling standing water. Spent some time driving in the snow, they stop the car well, they grip well, combined with AWD the car feels rather unstoppable. I am not sure whether I am imagining it but they seem quieter when the temperature is around 0°C. See more >

    Toyo Proxes CF2

Purchased for an older 2005 VW Passat that does slot of long drives infrequently over varied roads, motorway-mountain roads. Seem to be wearing well, noise levels seem fine, economy no worse, wet grip very good, dry grip excellent. Good value tyres - good quality, great service from Oponeo as always👍 See more >

    Toyo Snowprox S943

I use the tyres in my work car. This is my first set of Japanese make - Toyo. Tyres arenvery quiet as for winter tyres, after driving over 6,000 miles the tread is surprisingly high compared to previous winter tyre brands I used. The behavior of the car on slush and in wet conditions is good, but without fascination. To sum up: good winter tyres at a reasonable price. See more >

    Toyo R1R

TOYO R1r to excellent tire for a relatively affordable price. Personally, I used it in amateur sport. Sensational on wet or tight "zasyfionej" surface. Surprisingly performs well in dry conditions at low temperature (+ 3.5 degrees) R1r is not suitable for acute driving at high temperatures. Then it is easy to overheat which significantly reduces the adhesion. Very soft tire and wear out pretty quickly, but I do not think of this as her fault. High stability in turn gives you a sense of security. Summing R1r TOYO is a great tire but you have to use it with the head. Best value for money. See more >
