The curvy profile in the central sector of the tread enhances the directional stability at high-speed driving. Thanks to the silica rubber compound the braking distance is significantly shortened which comes with a solid grip to the road surface. The road-sided sidewall of Avon ZV3 (to be exact the blocks are located on the edge of sidewall) provides a good grip while cornering and proper handling.
Seemingly higher efficiency has been achieved by using the silica-based rubber compound. An asymmetrical pattern reduces the noise while the tyre is rolling. Consequently, the balance between proper grip and comfort driving is maintained.
