Wanli SNOWGRIP

3PMSF The presented tyre is marked with 3PMSF symbol (Three Peak Mountain Snow Flake). It means that the tyre meets the EU requirements for winter tyres. The symbol is awarded after thorough tests of a tyre model in terms of snow grip.

Wanli SNOWGRIP is a winter budget class tyre. The tyre is manufactured by an independent Chinese manufacturer Wanli. It is the primary equipment for many cars destined for the Asian market. This is a tyre that allows for smooth movement on winter roads. The tyre has a low attrition and high strength. Engineers have designed it to be matched in to the harsh winter conditions and provide an appropriate level of comfort.

Wanli SNOWGRIP represents quality comparable to Western products, while maintaining attractive moderate prices. Thanks to modern blend, the rubber improves road holding and remains flexibility despite the low temperatures. Braking distance has also been reduced. The tyre gives a full control over the car in every situation. Two wide circumferential grooves on the sides of the tyres are designed to quickly remove unnecessary water and slush from the surface of contact with the ground. In combination with a directional tread this solution effectively protects against aqua and snowplaning.

Strong construction of the rib of the tyre protects it well from dangerous mechanical damage. In addition, rib is flexible and adapts its shape to inequality, so that the tyre retains a better grip on slippery roads. It is a budget class winter tyre for cars with more power. The tyre was made with the latest manufacturing technologies. Wanli is a tyre that provides excellent traction even in the the Central European variable winter. Wanli SNOWGRIP is a good solution for all drivers who appreciate good performance on any type of surface at reasonable price.

    Opinion from outside the UK

I have done approximately 3 thousand miles on Wanli SNOWGRIP tyres. I have been driving mainly in city. They are very good both in dry and wet weather conditions. Their price is amazing. I must admit that I did not expect them to be so efficient in snow. They are doing well in all weather conditions. My car is stable even at high speed. I think the tread pattern and the rubber compound are of good quality. I have not noticed any major drawbacks of these tyres. Perhaps I have to drive more miles and then I will be able to share my opinion. Taking into consideration their price I think it is a good product. I do recommend Wanli SNOWGRIP to drivers, who are looking for cheap tyres of good quality. Read more Collapse

    Opinion from outside the UK

My tyres are Sunny SnowMaster. They were manufactured in the same factory as Wanli SNOWGRIP. According to the information provided by distributors, it is exactly the same tyre. It has the same tread pattern and the rubber compound. To be honest I was afraid that these tyres will be noisy. However, I do not hear them at all. Even at higher speeds they are pretty quiet. I do not have a brand-new vehicle but I did not experienced any problems with the wheel alignment or balancing. I think that Debica tyres are more soft than Sunny and Wanli SNOWGRIP. I had Debica Vivo and Furio and after two years I had to replace them with different tyres. I do recommend both Sunny and Wanli SNOWGRIP. Read more Collapse

Bought these snow tyres as we were supposed to be having the worst winter in 50 years and here we are on the 1st April with one light snow fall! It was the wettest winter in years especially here in mid Wales and these tyres were great in the wet. Took a long trip up to the N.E.C. for the Motorbike show in November and they were great at Motorway speeds as well, no more road noise than the Avon ZZ5 tyres I use in the summer months. Can't fault them especially at the price, would definitely recommend them and will certainly be using them on my other car as well next year. Read more Collapse

Good tyres. If you do not develop a very high speed (higher than 130mph) the Wanli SNOWGRIP are perfect. If you need to develop a speed over 130mph it would be better to go for some different manufacturer. The quality is superior taking into consideration their price. Even during an emergency braking they are reliable. I cannot say a bad word about these tyres. If you are looking for good tyres in a reasonable price, choose the Wanli SNOWGRIP. Read more Collapse

I had no money for winter tyres. In spring I bought a new car on 17 inch wheels. I did not want to find some smaller ones so I was looking for 215/50R17. Unfortunately the prices were extremely high! I decided to go for Wanli Snowgrip and I do not regret. I was driving with different vehicles with different tyres and I do not see any difference between them. I do not like Chinese tyres, but in this case they are really good. Read more Collapse

Very good tyres, quiet, no problems with balanging. I think they are worth the money. For those who are not sure whether to buy them I will tell thet the Wanli Snowgrip XL one has no problems with the vehicle. It may be slightly harder , but this helps to feel the car. It is way better than used tyres. I will never again buy used tyres, I will definetely go for Wanli. Read more Collapse

I have bought Wanli Snowgrip on an auction and the price is really good. I thought these tyres are for the tractor, becouse of the tread, but while driving in rain and in snow they behave really outstanding. While driving you really fell that you have control of the vehicle. I definetely recommend these tyres. Read more Collapse

I can recommend Wanli Snowgrip. Do not buy used crap. They behave well, they are really quiet and there were no problems with balancing. The fuel efficiency is worse, but this is not a problem. I do not understand negative opinions about this tyre. I will never again buy used tyres. I prefer Chinese but new. Read more Collapse

These Wanli SNOWGRIP tyres are perfectly suitable for my vehicle. They look good. The price is low and the quality is acceptable. I had some difficulty in balancing them. It may be connected with the fact that the wheels the tyres were fitted to are a bit old. The tyres are doing very well in snow! Read more Collapse
