Continental ContiWinterContact TS810

3PMSF The presented tyre is marked with 3PMSF symbol (Three Peak Mountain Snow Flake). It means that the tyre meets the EU requirements for winter tyres. The symbol is awarded after thorough tests of a tyre model in terms of snow grip.

Type: winter tyre

Class: premium - top quality tyres with the best performance

Intended use: passengers cars

Tread: asymmetrical

Sizes: 15-20 inches

The ContiWinterContact TS810 is a premium winter tyre. This product was produced under the supervision of one of the biggest companies in the industry, Continental. The tyre is an excellent combination of high quality and guaranteed high performance. This means that the ContiWinterContact TS810 is a good choice for any weather and all road conditions.

The asymmetrical tread and wide sipes ensure excellent performance in the snow. This allows the driver to feel safe in emergency braking situations, maintaining a dynamic driving style. The tyre is made of a modern rubber blend enriched with liquid polymers that prevent tyre hardening at low temperatures. This makes travelling smooth and pleasant.

Wide tread blocks stabilise direction on corners. In addition, special grooves are responsible for dynamic water removal from the front of the tyre. They enable the driver to feel confident and safe even in heavy rains.

The tyre is intended for passenger cars, but it will satisfy both wagon drivers and owners of sedans. It comes equipped with a tyre wear indicator (TWI), which allows the user to constantly check the tread wear. The groove depth in this case is 4 mm. It is especially recommended for those who drive long distances reguarly.

Manufacturer Info: Continental is one of the largest tyre manufacturers on the tyre market. The company comes from Hannover, where it has been producing tyres since 1871. The manufacturer has earned the trust of drivers from all over the world, thanks to the high quality of their products. The Continental Group owns brands like Uniroyal, Barum, Point-S, Matador, General and Semperit.

    Opinion from outside the UK

As with Polanica Zdr come from home is uphill. Not always sprinkled with piaskiek. Tyres without revelation, the fact czymają better than the summer but ... Rather ski trip with caution. Good entry in the corner, with fast entering the corner can turn a nice surprise. What is of extreme importance in emergency avoidance maneuvers. But keep the car longer in the corner ... lime. generally write it. Randy Most of these high-end (price) is not suitable for our Polish reality. They are designed for high-speed highways especially directional and asymmetric. This may sound funny, but the best I've had in a tyres DEBICA FRIGO the old tread D-30 (I think it was called) was hard to kick the car and turn on the snow kopnym rather be "dug", No. 2 is the michelin alpin tread " blocks, "so the price is probably 400 more. Debica one drawback nice on a warm day in August outrageously quickly wear out. Read more Collapse

T810 195/65/15 tyre (TYRE SIZE ADDING YOUR OPINION BECAUSE IT IS ALSO IMPORTANT!), 9-3 115 hp. In tyre did 2 seasons (not from the news in the truth), and in my humble opinion, this is the tyre "transient" and not winter. Suitable for mild winter with little snow, when the road is wet or dry. Then tyre really fun to keep (such as years of practice in the summer). Sure to keep the road at low temperatures and good brakes and is quiet. However, the compacted snow or kopnym is a different story! No bites into the snow enough (it has a small grooves in the tread) and easily break the grip when braking and accelerating. As the tyre with the "high end" really bad! In Polish conditions'd better buy a cheaper and Polish Debica. The "lighter" climates, where winter is not as harsh, tyre would be ideal, but not poor snow clearing roads Polish and Polish winter. Read more Collapse

I drove on them 4 seasons (about half a year after 15 thousand. Miles season) until the tyres fell sideways. Pretty good, but no revelation. Previously, I would go to Kormoranach and Fuldach Brava and I felt the change of extraordinary differences. Cormorants gave the best advice in the deep snow, Continentale had the best overall traction on hard surfaces and comfort. I live in the mountains here can assess the behavior of tyres in winter conditions indeed. Dear writing reviews, if the tyre slipping on the corners, no brakes, etc., it is the grace of pouczcie its basic physics. Most of these cases are not the fault of the drivers tyre only! A little bit of reason and prudence, and more will be OK. I'd rather they did not buy, because for less money you can buy a comparable tyre. Read more Collapse

Predictable and safe. excellent during sudden braking. During the winter of + 5 degrees are inaudible to soft, but already at speeds of 50 km / h surprisingly quiet. with a dedicated temperature stiffen and also very quiet. good work in the loose snow with a depth of up to half axis. cooperate with chains flawless. I appreciate them for longevity: "Unnoticed" island at 60 km / h do not have caused noticeable damage and loss of pressure. back after patching holes after heavy papiaku also flawless. Opinion from outside the UK

Clincher runs for the third season. Generally cope with winter (fresh snow about, wet asphalt ok, ok slush, ice here less). Ride comfort is at a high level, nothing makes noise - as is the case with winter tyres, even when temperatures soar above 10 C is a tyre behaves decently. In the third year of use (17 thousand. Miles) less deal with driveways where snow lies (often slippery). Starting on the hill after stopping is not as smooth and easy as at the beginning of the tyre. Overall, a very good tyre for winter driving. I think the price / quality on the 6 and it will be difficult for the price to get the same result. Read more Collapse

In the event that the operator of the car takes care of his condition, the tyre company Continental model TS810 is a great addition that guarantees safe driving in winter conditions - on one condition, and probably the most important that a driver while driving applies the correct "cycling technique" - as a small vehicle drivers points - or one they are not turned on yet because, in conclusion I apologize for my comments, which I think is a little different from the subject of tyres - but it is very important for road safety, if it comes to tyres from Continental - are recommendable. Continental is a class, high shelf, one of the highest. Tires that produce are durable, economical and fit it all into his own, not inconsiderable needs. If someone decycuje to purchase this brand of tires is not so much to be disappointed. TS810 met my expectations. I had it once before and once again I chose them - that's saying something. They are really recommendable. Driving style and terrain in which they are not taking kindly to them, yet they excel great. In the summer I would recommend Conti Premium Contact 2 It is a pity that their production has been completed. Read more Collapse

In tyrech drove two winter seasons. Very quiet tyres making a claim konfort driving. Very good lateral suppress unevenness on the road. In dry conditions OK for wet even better. There was a situation that had lost traction rear (drive back) in the wet, even in aggressive driving (after a narrow roundabout). A little tyre problem caused the chilled with snow, auto accused the back, but it's the drive to the back, which is quite heavy Omega. Tyre for 3 - 4 seasons on about 50 thousand km. Tyres and tests may very well fall out but it really applies to new tyres, slightly panned, not even so much just 5 thousand. km and the tyre is no longer even half as good as new. Does not hold in the dry, it is loud. Better in the wet but not crazy. Interestingly, even as the temperature is within the limits of zero degrees and dry it keeps much better summer tyre I Contintale Premium Contact2. But to be clear winter tyre TS 810 is not bad but it is not as great as touted jst, I think UG 7 is better and holds better in the winter. Read more Collapse

The best winter tyres that I had the opportunity to use (there were several). Very good adhesive - virtually any environment - except for dry asphalt, as befits a "zimówkę". I ride pretty aggressively, and my wife's very quiet, so we had the opportunity to check the tyre together under all circumstances. The least I can say about the tyre wear because the mileage on them is small. I assumed that the "better" in terms of tyre grip the higher attrition - examined the in the winter, also good Michelinach. Read more Collapse

In my opinion a very good tyre. I just feel that a little too weak to hold on very compacted snow and wyślizganym (access to the intersection with a slight tilt) but it is a matter of another car-previous to Tico and tyres Debica frigo - like a simple but effective as they were on the car. Overall, a great tyre (Conti) I do not see the difference between summer chałasie (Michelin Pilot Primacy) or any difference in burning (rolling resistance). Superb in the wet and slush (fresh snow + salt) with asymmetrical tread. Read more Collapse

As for my driving style (calm) and car with front-wheel drive tyre is excellent. Zero problems with parking on the town when you've got to maneuver through the snow Gorke built by plows. On the road driving in the snow, the wet does not cause any stress, auto stable roadholding and probably enter into corners. No problem przechac the street covered with snow. great for cold but not winter. At low temperatures, superb pulling power (you do not already met). Very good handling on wet roads but poor aquaplaning.
