Nexen WINGUARD SUV

I bought the tyres from the recommendation of the other users here. I do not regret my decision any bit. Price for the Nexen Winduard is very attractive. Drive is very good, especially on the snowy roads. Thay might not be as quiet in tu summer but still acceptable. On wet they run very confident,without any suprises. For me these tyres are best value for money. They are even better than some famous brands. Let me explain what I love about them – 1) The trad pattern is beautiful, tessellation is very aggresive, 2) No road noise whatsoever – at least on my Renegade , 3) Long lifespan . tread is still like new , that’s after 8000 miles mainly on non snow covered asphalt, in spring temperatures. 4) grip is absolutely amazing even on snow. I can only say Nexens Winguards are great for everyday usage, cope well with curbs and are very durable. I mostly drive on roads covered with fresh snow, slush or slightly deeper water and I must say the response from them is positive. Tyres are also very firm, hold well on curver and corner. I had Nexen Winguard for full two years now. I driven in the field, snow, deep snow and mud. Tread is stil lat 70% and by judging just by it they are excellent! It is not a problem for driving in deep snow. You simply can not get anything better for that price. I had tyres from leading brands ibn the past but these for sure are on the same lever. The tyres perform well both in the city, on the highway and off-road. As for now, there are no visible traces of use after the distance I traveled. As for winter tyres, they are quiet. Regarding the price, I consider it as a good tire, during a year I do approximately 20 000 miles. I do prefer a calm drive to save fuel. In wet conditions they are good with short braking distance, on dry surface behave ok. On dirty roads they behave well and even on the snow, as little tread defect, it is desirable to greater depth. I bought these tyres for winter for Frontera and I have to admit they are really good. They never disappointed me, I’ve tested them on aphalt and muddy roads. The tread is deep which is great. I had them for winter and summer and even my heavy Frontera and does not have any aerodynamics at all perform very well. Read more Collapse

Very good behaviour during acceleration and braking on snowo or ice. Grip on wet and dry is slightly less effective. Also the noise is quite hight due to bending multiple blades which make the tread deep but even that can not affect my opinion. I would recommend them - mainly for excellent price / performance. At this moment winters are relatively mild, the tyres did not have many Chance to demonstrate their qualities. In the city they they perform without issues. I normally use smaller car which is easier to park in crowded streets so I decided to purchase cheaper tyres and I must admit I am happy Nexen Winduard. Read more Collapse

Hello, tyres in the winter performed sensational, I had no problems with them.
