Mentor M200

3PMSF The presented tyre is marked with 3PMSF symbol (Three Peak Mountain Snow Flake). It means that the tyre meets the EU requirements for winter tyres. The symbol is awarded after thorough tests of a tyre model in terms of snow grip.

Short braking, reliability on any type of surface, and comfort are just some of the characteristics of the Mentor M200 tyre. The model is designed alongside modern technologies that have helped to create a product characterized by optimized performance and driving safety.

Mentor M200 is a universal tyre which is accomplished both during everyday driving and over long distances. A classic, symmetrical tread helps to quickly, and effectively get rid of excess water from under the tyre. This positively affects the adhesion to the road and makes it decrease the risk of aqua and snow-planing

Even distribution of pressure acting on the surface of the Mentor M200 makes the tyre tread wear out slowly and uniformly. This allows for full performance of the model to be enjoyed throughout its lifetime without having to worry about a gradual decline in performance with the passage of time. Furthermore, higher mileage is achieved too.

Designers working on this tyre also took care of the acoustic comfort of the driver and passengers. Thanks to the optimized tread pattern, sounds and noises emitted by the tyre during rolling are immediately suppressed. Reinforced side-walls and a durable blend, make the Mentor M200 more robust to rapid wear and mechanical damage. The tyre works very well both on long journeys and during everyday urban driving.

Mentor is a brand of economy-class tyres, which was founded in 1914 by American company, Cooper tyre & Rubber. In the 1990s the company began to distribute its tyres to Europe and other continents. Innovative materials used by the producer, and in co-operation with other leading tyre manufacturers make tyres by Mentor more durable, and reliable in all situations, and in all weather.

    Opinion from outside the UK

Good alternative to Debica, Barum and Matador. While in dry conditions at higher temperatures, the tyre is quite loud, but it's the only downside. Auto does not fly, there is no problem with moving my sticking to the surface, even on curves. In the wet also works very well, do not feel that the braking distance is lengthened or by car losing traction. I had the opportunity to ride on these tyres during the snow, like right after them, and the slush. There was a problem with moving my kopnym even snow, probably kept track car ride even on sharp turns. I could not have a bad word to say on the behavior of the car under braking in these conditions. The tyre performs well not only in the city and a quiet ride, but also on the highway at higher speeds. Read more Collapse

    Opinion from outside the UK

Tyres purchased this year. I am positively surprised. While in the dry at higher temperatures and are quite noisy. However, the wet behave quite well. I have had the opportunity to ride on these tyres in the snow and slush. The car was very good, there was a problem with the brake moving my car kept track. I do not feel it any swimming or sliding the car under any circumstances. As for the vibration on the steering wheel - what the previous Debice or in another car Michelinach at temperatures of 10 degrees or it felt. So it is with the tyres at high positive temperatures - feel the vibrations (also depending on the quality of the asphalt), but at low temperatures and winter conditions are performing very well. Opinion from outside the UK

Tires are awfully loud. Auto Astra G, I bought only two pieces for the front and at speeds above 50 km / h the noise is terrible. The longer route is drudgery. Previously I had a tire Infinity (I still have two on the back), and the noise was significantly less pronounced. I knew this would happen in my life I would not buy these tires. As for the rest of the properties of this with my quiet ride I have no objection. Read more Collapse

    Opinion from outside the UK

I bought as a "good, American tyre", and what it represents, is a mistake. Production of Serbia (unless in a wooden cell). Car floats, glides, and to the small steering wheel began to shake przebiego - 2 tyres are pokrzywiły! If someone recommends it, it must earn good money! I note that I bought them in a small, poor car! Read more Collapse

Tires terribly loud, if I knew it would make noise so I would not buy them. Above 50 km / h the noise becomes unbearable. The longer route is no longer a hassle. Previously, I had the tires Infinity which were much quieter. As for the handling characteristics without reservations, in winter, snow and slush exercise very well. Read more Collapse
